Why I do
this work

I started paying close attention to how service businesses actually lose deals — not in the pitch, not in the proposal, but in the quiet space between a lead arriving and someone taking responsibility for it.

I kept seeing the same pattern everywhere: messages sitting unanswered, follow-ups happening three days late, good prospects slipping away not because of anything dramatic — just because the system wasn't designed to handle them properly.

Since May 2024, I've been building and refining automation systems independently — working on real lead intake, qualification, and routing workflows for service businesses. I'm currently completing a Professional Certification in Workflow Automation & AI Systems, and I apply that training directly to every project.

I'm based in Lagos, Nigeria. I work remotely with service businesses that are busy enough to have a problem, and serious enough to want it solved.
